These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Huckleberry management framework. If you do not agree with any specific point outlined here, we kindly ask that you pause your use of our e-commerce portal and consultation modules.
Product Descriptions & Natural Variations
We strive to capture our botanical products with accurate photography. However, because our bathing bars, oils, and solutions are 100% natural and handcrafted, certain expectations apply:
Minor visual inconsistencies: Natural variations in shade, texturing, cut geometry, and herbal sediment density are standard and signify hand-milled authenticity.
Biological Sensitivity: Botanical oils and essential concentrates are susceptible to thermal variations. Bathing soaps may sweat or soften slightly during hot seasonal shipping cycles in Bangladesh.
Batching Schedule: Certain high-demand botanical mixtures are matured on limited calendars, which may occasionally trigger stock adjustments or backorders.
Ordering, BDT Pricing & Payment Modalities
All transactions listed on our platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (Tk./BDT). We accept safe payments via bKash, Nagad, local debit/credit cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD) within designated metropolitan networks. Huckleberry reserves the right to adjust transactional limits and prices during material sourcing shifts.
Shipping & Delivery Operations
We coordinate with leading logistics partners to ship fresh botanical blends efficiently across the country:
Dhaka Metropolitan Region: Standard deliveries are completed within 24 to 48 hours following batch packaging clearance.
Outside Dhaka Metro: Shipping cycles take approximately 3 to 5 business days, subject to standard transit variables and regional holidays.
Huckleberry is not liable for delayed arrivals stemming from national political closures, extreme weather cycles, or incomplete route details provided during order setup.
Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
Huckleberry's formulations are designed for cosmetic external skincare. While we utilize gentle, Ayurvedic-safe ingredients, always perform a standard patch test. Huckleberry is not liable for individual physiological allergies or misuse of natural products. These terms are governed and construed under the legal statutes of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, with any disputes settled under Dhaka jurisdictions.
